Recently, the audit expert group from Korea Testing & Research Institute (KTR) visited Jingye Huaxi Special Steel to carry out special on-site audit for Japan JIS certification of steel plates for export. After three days of comprehensive and rigorous document verification, site inspection and process validation, Huaxi Special Steel successfully passed this authoritative audit by virtue of excellent product quality, standardized production control and sound quality management system.

JIS certification is the core authoritative standard in Japan's industrial sector, as well as an essential access qualification for steel products to enter the Japanese market, imposing extremely stringent requirements on product process precision, quality stability and production control system. This audit targeted two major standards: JIS G3101 Rolled Steels for General Structure and JIS G3106 Rolled Steels for Welded Structure, covering ten grades including SS330/SS400, SM400A/B/C and SM490A/B/C/YA/YB, and encompassing the entire steel plate production process. During the on-site audit, the expert group highly recognized the company's standardized production procedures, refined quality control management and professional testing capacity.
